My work project aims to research the intersection between painting and the object, with my interest in experimentalism in the visual arts being constant. For over a decade I have been using a transparent and highly malleable material that allows me to create 2D and 3D pieces.
The preliminary conception of the idea and the design evolve throughout the execution of the pieces, combined with the development of new painting techniques. Through cutting and thermo fusion I moved on to modeling, creating volume, thus achieving a visual effect of depth. Currently I also use PET, which I collect (material used in our daily lives).
The desire for greater participation from the observer led me to build scenes in Installations, with transformed pieces, such as large columns and pieces of different sizes and shapes, taking advantage of the circulation between the works on display.
I am currently dedicated to the development of marine beings, such as fish, jellyfish, corals and other species found in the Oceans.
